Corporate Membership
Benefits

Mailing List Rental and E-List Service
Reach museums and historical societies across the state with direct mail! OMA rents its mailing lists at affordable prices.

Policy
1. The Oklahoma Museums Association reserves the right to review all information mailed to its' members and reject requests that do not meet OMA standards.
2. Rentals are for one-time use only by the company making the request. The OMA list is not to be reproduced in any form or resold to another user.
3. Lists will be provided on standard white self-adhesive labels (3 1/2" by 15/16") in zip code order unless requested otherwise.
4. Prepayment is required for all orders. Please allow two weeks for delivery.
5. Discounts are not available.

Rental Rates

• List #1 OMA membership mailing list (around 500 members) $100

• List #2 Complete OMA mailing list (850 institutions and individuals including all names on List #1; list has approximately 80 out-of-state contacts including regional and national museum associations) $300

• E-list communications - have your corporate logo and link featured on OMA e-list communications for one year. The e-list reaches around 500 OMA members with approximately 65 messages a year. $300

Corporate Advertising
The Oklahoma Museums Association's newsletter, MuseNEWS, is a great way to reach potential museum and historical society customers in Oklahoma. The publication is distributed online each quarter to OMA members. Newsletters are mailed to members without internet access and the newsletter arrives approximately one to two weeks later. The newsletter is posted on the OMA website one month after the members receive it, where it is seen by many individuals and institutions throughout the year.

Policy
1. Camera-ready art is required; all advertisements are black and white and must conform to dimensions listed below. No half-tones. Glossy photographs only. Bleeds not available. Additional work done by the printer will be billed at cost.

2. Electronic copy should be sent as either an eps, jpg or tif of at least 300 dpi.

3. OMA reserves the right to reject an advertisement based on text or appearance. OMA also reserves the right to reject ads for products or services not substantially related to OMA's mission according to criteria outlined by the U.S. Postal Service.

4. All advertisements are accepted and published upon the representation that the advertiser is authorized to publish the entire contents and subject matter. In consideration of the publisher's acceptance of such advertising the advertiser will indemnify and save the publisher harmless from and against any loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon the contents or subject matter of such advertisements without limitation.

5. Payment must accompany all orders. OMA corporate members receive a discount.
