Scholarship applications are accepted from eligible OMA members for most OMA programs.

Registration Policy

Registration cannot be shared. OMA may offer special  registration rates for two registrants from the same institution for specific workshops. These rates only apply to the specified workshop and not other OMA training or events. Please register only one person per form if special registration rates do not apply.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Attendee cancellations received by the registration deadline are eligible for a refund unless otherwise noted. Cancellations received after the registration deadline are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing. Participant substitutions are accepted at any time. OMA is not responsible for cancellations sent but never received.

OMA reserves the right to cancel a program at any time.  In the event of a program cancellation, participants will receive a full registration refund. OMA is not responsible for any expenses, travel or otherwise, incurred as a result of participation in or cancellation of a program.

Assistive Needs

The Oklahoma Museums Association strives to ensure programs and activities are accessible to all interested persons, including those who are disabled, have impaired vision or hearing, or other sensory impairments. Please notify us no later than two weeks prior to program if you have assistive needs for any of our programs.

Photographs

OMA takes photographs at its training and events to use as publicity in printed materials, on digital media including the OMA website, social media feeds and YouTube channel and in the press. If you do not want your image in an OMA photograph, please advise the OMA staff.
