Conference Advertising


Advertising in the OMA conference program is a great way to reach the approximately 200 museum professionals that normally attend! The OMA Conference will be held September 21-23, 2016 in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. The deadline to reserve advertising space and submit advertising materials is June 30, 2016. Artwork should be a minimum of 300dpi. Advertising rates are below and availability is on a first-come first-served basis.  Reserve your space.

Resource Table Materials

Resource tables, located in the general session area, provide visibility of materials to conference participants. Space can be purchased for brochures, catalogs, and/or modest, unstaffed displays that promote a company's services. Setup, stocked and organized by conference staff throughout the two days of general conference.

Resource Table Materials are due at conference site by September 1, 2016. Fee is $300
