What we need you to do to support this effort
The FFGC needs your support and action NOW. It is vital that Oklahoma museum leaders communicate with their U.S. representatives to inform them about the need for federal formula grants for museums and ask that they play a leadership role. Senator Tom Coburn (R-OK) serves on the Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pension, which is the location of the IMLS reauthorization bill. The sooner FFGC can gain commitments from members of Congress, the stronger the chances will be of securing more federal funding for museums in America.  Please take a moment and send a letter of support by December 3.  Sample Letter and Case Statement
