The Mid-America Arts Alliance (Mid-America) has created a new grant program, ARRA Arts Jobs Program, for nonprofit arts service organizations and/or nonprofit organizations that serve artists as a primary audience (Arts Organizations). An arts service organization is defined as an organization that serves arts organizations in any discipline AND does not deliver programs directly to the general public as its primary objective and service. If you are an arts organization that delivers programs directly to the general public as a primary objective, please contact your state arts agency for guidance/support. An organization in service to artists is defined as an organization through which artists benefit from professional assistance, development or exposure.
