Blue Star Museum Program
It is time for museums to be a Blue Star Museum. Blue Star Museums is a partnership between the National Endowment for the Arts and Blue Star Families, in collaboration with the Department of Defense and museums across America, offering free admission to the nation’s active-duty military personnel and their families, including National Guard and Reserve. The 2023 online registration site is open here.
This program provides free museum admission to active-duty military personnel and their families. It is easy to register. The information provided will be used to promote your institution’s participation in this program through the Blue Star Museums website and other program materials. An interactive map with hyperlinks to participating museums will be on the NEA The 2023 program will begin on Armed Forces Day, Saturday, May 20, 2023 and continue through Labor Day, Monday, September 4, 2023.
