Position Overview
Philbrook Museum of Art is seeking a part-time Guest Experience Associate with a passion for service and for creating memorable visitor experiences. This position is expected to work part-time hours at 0-16 hours weekly with a schedule availability of Wednesday through Sunday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. and Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:15 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of customer service at two Museum locations (in-person and via phone) to assure all guests are welcomed, oriented, and educated regarding Museum exhibitions, services, programs, and guidelines.
  • Process General Admission, Event/Program ticket, and Membership sales using a specialized software and database system.
  • Perform opening and closing duties. Cash handling and basic accounting knowledge is required.
  • Provide Guest Experience support for various Museum events, programs, and activities. Includes admissions, check-in, wayfinding, customer service, wayfinding, crowd control, etc.
  • Maintain an orderly work station and appearance, and maintain prompt, reliable attendance.
