Due to the predicted threat of severe weather (including large hail, localized flooding and the possibility of tornadoes), the M!X Networking Event at the Oklahoma City Zoo ZooZeum has been cancelled.
OMA plans to reschedule the M!X Networking Event for later this year.
The ZooZeum is holding the exhibit “In Feathered Detail: The Art of George Miksch Sutton” over for one more week. As a result, they are generously offering a comp admission to our M!X participants to see this great exhibit. To make arrangements, please contact Amy Stephens at 405.425.0277.
Remember that OMA is collecting work gloves in an effort to assist with Tornado Relief!
Donated work gloves will be given to the American Red Cross in Shawnee. The community of Shawnee was so good to OMA last year at the OMA Annual Conference; we want to give back to the community following the tornado damage they suffered on May 19, 2013. Please mail or drop your work glove donation by the OMA office by Tuesday, June 4 if possible.
