The Oklahoma Museums Association does not offer a grant funding program.
Contributions by source of all US fundraising dollars: 67.4% Individuals; 18.7% Foundations; 9.5% Bequests; 4.3% Corporations as reported by Giving USA. There are several organizations and foundations in Oklahoma that offer grants to charitable organizations, including museums. OMA recommends researching a foundation’s purpose, restrictions, geographic focus, deadline and application process before applying for a grant.

OMA has an established relationship with Chad Barger, CFRE, CNP, of Productive Fundraising. A special initiative will be announced in spring 2023. There are abundant free fundraising resources available on the Productive Fundraising website.
