Oklahoma Open Meeting Act – Virtual No Longer an Option After June 2, 2021
Due to Governor Stitt lifting the COVID-19 emergency declaration on May 3, 2021, organizations who fall under the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act will no longer have the option to allow its voting members to attend virtually after June 2, 2021. The virtual option is no longer allowed either 30 days after the emergency declaration expired, or by February 15, 2022, whichever came first.
