Discounted Registration for Eligible OMA Members
OMA individual members are eligible for discounted registration. Provide individual membership number at registration.

Designated staff/board members/volunteers of OMA institutional members are eligible for discounted registration. Provide the designated member's membership number at registration (not the institutional membership number). 

Scholarship applications available for eligible OMA members on most OMA programs.

Registration Policy
Registration cannot be shared. OMA may offer special  registration rates for two registrants from the same institution for specific workshops (e.g., MARC). These rates only apply to the specified workshop and not other OMA training or events. Please register only one person per form if special registration rates do not apply.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Attendee cancellations received by the registration deadline are eligible for a refund unless otherwise noted. Cancellations received after the registration deadline are non-refundable. All cancellations must be in writing. Participant substitutions are accepted at any time. OMA is not responsible for cancellations sent but never received.

OMA reserves the right to cancel a program at any time.  In the event of a program cancellation, participants will receive a full registration refund. OMA is not responsible for any expenses, travel or otherwise, incurred as a result of participation in or cancellation of a program.
